Through three different programs, MathCounts empowers middle school students of all ability levels and backgrounds to reach their full potential in mathematics.
1 – Competition Series – A national middle school coaching and competitive mathematics program that promotes mathematics achievement through a series of fun and engaging “bee” style contests.
2 – Math Club – A math enrichment initiative providing the structure and activities needed to encourage the formation of math clubs within schools. MathCounts Math Clubs create a space where learning math is fun, social and supportive so that every student becomes a lifelong math learner.
3 – Video Challenge – An innovative program involving teams of students using cutting-edge technology to create videos about math problems and their associated concepts. By having student teams create their own math teaching videos, we enable students to connect and apply math to their own lives, and teach others in the process.
